The Cottages of the estate "Lou Mari Camin" Ampus in the Var

Our two cottages "Le Pigeonnier ****" and" The Bacchus "welcome you for your holiday on the French Riviera. They are situated adjacent to the main building of the estate "Lou Mari Camin". The area is covered by GSM telephone network and WiFi / Wlan connection, Computer / Laptop not provided.
The ground level cottages are located opposite to each other which allow them to be completely independent, without any neighbours. Each cottage has access to two independent and furnished terraces.
Each cottage has its own "personality" due to the different interior decoration but enjoys the same outdoor facilities.
The access to the estate is private; a personal parking space for your car or other equipment is reserved for each host close to each rental.
The cottages and the guest rooms are "Non smoking".
Pets are only accepted after confirmation of the owners.

The Cottage
This 4 star ranked cottage welcomes 3 to 4 people on approximately 50m ² at ground level. It is located at the West Wing of the residence and has 2 private terraces (one in front of the kitchen and the other one in front of the bedroom). We provide garden furniture, parasols, sun beds you will enjoy panoramic views to the pool and landscape.
Furthermore you will appreciate the comfort of this cottage and the typical provincial interior decoration.

The kitchen
The kitchen and its fireplace, the warmth and the brightness of old homes this is where we like to be... the place where the scents of food and the Provence mingle.
The kitchen is located next to the terrace. It is equipped with all modern conveniences, microwave, oven, dish washer, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine.
The table allows comfortably sitting of four people and there is adequate glassware, cutlery and crockery.

The sitting room
Separated from the kitchen by an authentic stone vault the lounge has a convertible double-seater sofa that allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the estate and the surrounding landscape.
Everything is comfortably furnished for four persons.

The bedroom
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), bedside lamps and a small desk. There is also enough storage space in cabinets for your personal items.
After a beautiful day spent in the Provence you will certainly have a good night sleep in this ambiance of quietness.
The cottage has a very functional en-suite bathroom with Italian style shower and a separate WC with wash basin.

The Cottage
This by design and ambience of a wine cellar atypical cottage welcomes 4 persons on about 52m ². It is completely independent and located at ground / garden level.
The cottage was completed in 2008, is located on the east side of the main house and has 2 private garden terraces. These are equipped with garden furniture, sun beds and parasols. One of the terraces is shaded and has a panoramic view to the pool and landscape.
You will appreciate its authenticity; it’s sought after wine cellar “Baccus” decoration, its comfort and especially the moderate temperature during summer heat.
In addition, the large bedroom and the bathroom are equipped with "skylights" allowing you to enjoy the famous clarity of the Provence sky

The large living room
Separated from the terrace by a bay window, the large living room with integrated kitchen offers you all modern comforts. The kitchen is equipped with modern and functional kitchenware like multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle as well as cutlery and crockery.
It also has a farm style dining table and bench.
The lounge (with TV) is also comfortably equipped and offers wide panoramic views to the pool and country side.

The bedrooms
The cottage offers next to the living room a bedroom for 2 persons with large double bed (160x200), bedside lamp and a small desk. A beautiful wardrobe dated back to the 18th century will store away your personal belongings.
There is also a charming, smaller second bedroom, equipped with a single bed.
In addition, there is another doss for a single person on the small mezzanine overlooking the main room, accessible by a steep staircase.
The cottage has a very functional shower bath and separate toilet with basin.
